A video image shows a bird’s-eye view of the Coast Guard Cutter Healy from a camera mounted to an Aerostat system deployed during an exercise in the Arctic Aug. 12, 2014. The Coast Guard Research and Development Center, based in New London, Conn., and the Oil Spill Response Institute used the system to track a simulated oil spill during the exercise.
