Sean Lynch, Xtreme Solutions gym owner and former Navy corpsman, gives a motivational speech to approximately 50 members of the Marine Corps Delayed Entry Program after a physical training event in Riverside, Calif., Aug. 23. Lynch reached out to local Marine recruiters and offered to host a training event as a way to give back to the local military community for their service. Led by Lynch, participants completed 12 exercises as part of their weekly training. Recruiters work continuously from enlistment to the day an applicant leaves for recruit training to physically prepare them for the struggles ahead.
