Graham, air delivery detachment officer in charge, Combat Logistics Regiment 3, are about to touch down after completing a tandem jump Feb. 8 during Exercise Cobra Gold 2009. Cobra Gold is a joint, coalition multinational exercise focused on maintaining and improving military interoperability among its participants.
