Louisiana Army National Guard 1st Sgt. Todd M. Marchand of the 1084th Transportation Company, 165th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, gives a tour of the unit's new readiness center after the official ribbon-cutting ceremony in Reserve, La., Jan. 14. The new facility was specially designed to support the federal, state and local missions of the 1084th.
