Carry Bandy, a Family Program Specialist of the 130th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, welcomes attendees to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Day at the Charlotte National Guard Armory, July 26. Bandy was an organizer of the event and a Veteran diagnosed with PTSD. Mindbodystrength.org donated T-shirts like the one Bandy is wearing to attendees of the event. Other companies such as Military Lifestyle Charitable Foundation, United Services Organization (USO), and Operation Homefront provided giveaways and several veteran organizations were represented at the event; which was structured to bring attention to PTSD in a positive manner.
