U.S. Air Force Capt. Dave Olds, 184th Intelligence Group, Kansas Air National Guard, officer in charge of domestic operations, downloads full-motion video feed from an aircraft to a designated location in a dissemination trailer during Vigilant Guard 2014, Salina, Kan., Aug. 6. This exercise is a large-scale, multi-state disaster response scenario sponsored by U.S. Northern Command and the National Guard Bureau that tests the capabilities of emergency response agencies at all levels of government, both military and civilian. The trailer is used for incident awareness and assessment processing and is equipped with six workstations, computers, radios, and telephones, to set up in remote conditions and fuse intelligence products and customize them to suit the diverse scenarios.
