Spc. William P.A. Ross, a human resources specialist with the 21st Theater Sustainment Command’s Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 21st Special Troops Battalion and a native of South Lake Tahoe, Calif., uses a fire extinguisher to put out a contained fire during a vehicle safety stand down on Panzer Kaserne Aug. 7. While the safety stand down focused on vehicle safety, the U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Fire Department gave demonstrations on how to properly prevent and put out fires.
