Soldiers from Company B, 3rd Battalion 15th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, observe a moment of silence for their fallen brothers on the one year anniversary of their passing July 23, 2014, at Camp Shea, West Point, N.Y. 1st Lt.
