U.S. Army Lt. Col. Scott S. Naelitz, from Cartersville, Ga., meets professional football players at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar, Jan. 31. Aaron Merz, Brad Butler and Will Svitek traveled to Southwest Asia for Super Bowl Sunday with service members overseas. "They all agreed that it's best to be a well-versed athlete," said Naelitz, after asking for advice to pass onto his two teenage sons. "Merz said swimming is the best sport for developing muscles and connective tissue in teenagers. Butler said soccer helps football players improve footwork on the field."
