A team of water rescuers of Task Force 1, Ohio's Federal Emergency Management Team, takes a simulated-casualty back to shore after rescuing it from the shoreline of Brush Creek Reservoir in Butlerville, Ind., near Muscatatuck Urban Training Center 4 Aug..
