Soldiers from Alpha Company recover casualties inflicted upon their convoy during a convoy lane exercise. This event was part of the culmination of the Operation Sustainment Warrior 2014 exercise on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Observer-controllers control the convoy lanes and create the scenarios and the circumstances that the unit would respond to during the lane event. Afterwards, the unit regroups and discusses how well they did and how to improve their responses. These lanes are designed to partially replicate the scenarios Soldiers may encounter overseas.
