Army Staff Sgt. David Robertson, 113th Sustainment Brigade, a wheeled vehicle mechanic, conducts an after action review with students at the conclusion of the Automotive Service Excellence certification. The ASE is an accreditation that provides methods that help improve quality of vehicle maintenance while strengthening the soldier’s knowledge of mechanics. Once students pass this exam and provide two years of prior work experience, they will have higher paying employment opportunities in the automotive industry.
