This mannequin has a shrapnel and broken collar bone wound moulage added to it by the Warrior Exercise (WAREX) 91 14-03 moulage team to simulate a casualty from an improvised explosive device. The blood, bones and flesh are all constructed of gel mixed with paints and the shrapnel is made of cut up aluminum cans. (U.S. Army Reserve photo by Pvt.
