A U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawk attached to Joint Task Force - Civil Support conducts simulated medical evacuation training during exercise Vibrant Response 14 at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Ind., July 24, 2014. Vibrant Response is a Defense Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Response Force (DCRF) training event. The exercise focuses on Department of Defense support of civil authorities in a consequence management role. The DCRF is part of DoD's scalable response capability to assist civilian responders in saving lives, relieving human suffering and providing critical support community recovery following a catastrophic CBRN incident.
