During the final moments of the Marine Corps Air Station Yuma Chef of the Quarter Competition, the contestant’s waited for the judges overall critiques on their food and performance at the station mess hall, July 23. The event consisted of three teams made up of two Marines each, and participants were judged on their presentation, use of ingredients and final taste. The grand prize winner will move on to compete at Camp Pendleton for the Marine Corps Installation West Chef of the Quarter.
