Master William Umphress and Staff Sgt. Rebecca Hepke of the 132nd Fighter Wing, Des Moines, Iowa, prepare the kitchen area at Gage Eckington Elementary School in Washington, D.C. Umphress and Hepke, along with fellow food service personnel from the 132nd Fighter Wing and 185th Air Refueling Wing, Iowa Air National Guard, will prepare two hot meals a day for more than 1,000 Iowa troops who are in Washington, D.C. supporting the 56th presidential inauguration.
