Emergency medical personnel walk toward a Coast Guard Sector San Diego MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter to retrieve an ailing fisherman at the Sector, July 15, 2014. The helicopter crew medically evacuated the fisherman after the crew of the 56-foot Seeker, a commercial fishing vessel, contacted the Coast Guard at 11:56 a.m., for assistance for the U.S. citizen after he began experiencing heart attack like symptoms and collapsed, possibly suffering an injury.
