U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agent Tim York addresses Soldiers of the 2220th Transportation Company at the Valencia Armory in Tucson, Ariz., July 11. The unit was recognized for transporting more than 200 tons of barriers from El Centro, Calif. to Naco, Ariz.
