Marines of the 4th Marine Corps District participate in a change of command ceremony at the Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna in New Cumberland, Pa., July 10, 2014. During the ceremony, U.S. Marine Corps Col. Terence D. Trenchard, a native of Hartford, Conn., relinquished command to U.S. Marine Corps Col. John A. Bolt, a Mount Dora, Fla. native. Bolt was most recently the J3 Air Fires Officer of Naval Striking and Support Forces, NATO. Trenchard will assume the post of operations officer for Marine Corps Recruiting Command.
