David Hugh, a plumber and combat engineer from the 327th Engineer Company, assists in building a shower facility to be used by service members training at Forward Operating Base Liberty at Fort McCoy, Wis., as part of their annual training requirement allowing them to be technically proficient in their jobs that include electricians, plumbers, wood workers and other specialties.
