Comedian and best-selling author Al Franken impersonates ousted Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein during a comic routine at LSA Anaconda in Balad, Iraq, Dec. 23, 2005. Franken tried to convince television actress Traylor Howard to wear some revealing lingerie throughout the night. Franken has been doing USO tours at least once a year since 1999.
