Data collectors with the Combined Arms Support Command and the U.S. Army Petroleum Center observe the testing of a scale as an Army Line Haul Tractor is driven across at Fort A.P. Hill, Va., June 10. The scale measures the amount of fuel in Army fuel trucks. The testing of the scale is part of the Quartermaster Liquid Logistics Exercise (QLLEX) 2014. QLLEX is a multi-service, nationwide training exercise where service members have the opportunity to deliver fuel, produce and distribute purified water to training units and real-world operations, as well as test equipment the Army may invest in.
