Indiana Lt. Governor Becky Skillman talks about the "Hoosier Cheer for Our Heroes" campaign, which sends homemade Christmas cards to deployed troops overseas, at the Indiana Statehouse, Wednesday, Dec. 10. Watching Skillman are from left Indiana's adjutant general, Maj. Gen. R. Martin Umbarger, and members of the Indianapolis Colt Cheerleading and Junior Colts Cheerleading squads. The campaign in its third year raised more than 20,000 Christmas cards for the troops.
