U.S. Army Chief of Staff Gen. George W. Casey Jr. speaks with Staff Sgt. Christina Martinez, a flight medic from Alamogordo, N.M., assigned to Company C, 2nd Battalion, 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division Baghdad, after presenting her with an Air Medal with Valor during an awards and reenlistment ceremony at Camp Taji Dec. 23. Casey presented the award to Martinez and two other member of her company for thier contribution to the rescure of four Iraqi national police officers from the top of a burning building last July.
