The fishing vessel Yin Yuan is sighted in the North Pacific Ocean May 22, 2014. The Yin Yuan crew is suspected of three serious fisheries violations including: use of prohibited fishing gear of more than 3.3 kilometers of high seas drift net, failure to maintain sufficient records of catch and catch-related data, and fishing without a license, permit or authorization issued by a sanctioned authority.
