Army Reserve Brigadier General Kaffia 'Belle' Jones, deputy commanding general, 335th Signal Command (Theater), presents an encased American flag to Spc. Mary Tang, a cable systems installer with the 490th Signal Company (Tactical Installation and Networking - Enhanced) during a Welcome Home Warrior Citizen Award Program ceremony June 1 at Fort Hood, Texas. Tang, a Columbus, Ohio native, successfully completed a nine-month deployment to Afghanistan with the 490th Signal Company (TIN) in May.
