The training provided the firefighters hands-on familiarization with the jet in case of an emergency requiring egress. The firefighters are part of the 506th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron. Miller is the transient alert flight chief with the 506th Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron and is deployed from Luke Air Force Base, Ariz. All three firefighters are deployed from Charleston AFB, S.C.
