An Iraqi national private security company leads the fuel tanker of a local general contracting company after a transfer of fuel in Mosul, Iraq, Nov. 9. The local contractors started taking responsibility for transportation of fuel a few months ago to maintain the communications and operations on Sinjar Mountain and Maqloub Mountain.
