Pfc. Franklin L. Plummer, a mortarman with Weapons Company, Battalion Landing Team, 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, and native of Montreal, provides security on the outskirts of the Military Operations in Urban Terrain facility, Dec. 5, 2008, during the Tactical Recovery of Aircraft and Personnel course aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C. The purpose of the TRAP course is to ensure Marines with the 22nd MEU are prepared to recover aircraft and personnel should it become necessary.
