Senior Airman Joshua Ray, aerospace turbo propulsion journeyman assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron, removes a cover from an engine junction box of a C-130 T56-15 turbo propeller Dec. 3, at an undisclosed air base in Southwest Asia. EMXS maintainers are responsible for ensuring all aircraft stay mission capable to support the global war on terror. Airman Ray, a native of Miami, Fla., is deployed from Yokota Air Base, Japan, in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
