Daniel Starr, a resident of Stevens Point, Wis., with the 428th Engineer Company, 416th Theater Engineer Command, assembles an M249 squad automatic weapon during the inaugural 2014 Sapper Stakes, the first division-level Army Reserve competition, at Fort McCoy, Wis., May 5. Starr and his team were timed on their ability to assembly six different weapon systems correctly.
