Keith Brumley, Lt. Col. David Novy, and Mark McCoy conclude the Arbor Day tree-planting ceremony at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., April 25, 2014. This is the 22nd consecutive year the base has planted trees for this holiday. Arbor Day began in Nebraska in 1972, with the planting of more than a million trees.
