Tech. Sgt. Diego makes it over an eight foot obstacle, Nov. 1, at Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq. Diego, a 6-year-old Belgium Malinois weighing 72 pounds, is the only military working dog at KRAB capable of this feat. Sgt. Diego and his handler, Staff Sgt. Robert Starkweather are assigned to the 506th Expeditionary security Forces Squadron/K-9 Unit. They are both deployed from Misawa Air Base, Japan.
