Ryan Poole from Duarte, Calif., of 3rd platoon, Charley Company, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, and members from the Iraqi army perform a presence patrol through the streets and houses of Hamadia, in the city of Baghdad, Iraq, on Nov. 5, 2008. The purpose of the patrol is to show a presence in the area and to investigate leads.
