Chief Petty Officer Kenneth Keller of the Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe Band paints a jungle gym at the Little Friend House Orphanage, Nov. 9, 2008, during a community relations project held by Sailors of USS Mount Whitney and the CNE Band. Sailors painted playground equipment and put together two donated swing sets during the COMREL as the CNE Band's Saxophone Quartet played two 30 minute shows. Mount Whitney, which is home ported in Gaeta, Italy, is on a regularly scheduled deployment to the Black Sea and is currently hosting the multinational Black Sea Partnership Cruise. The six-day, at-sea event is designed to strengthen ongoing partnerships and increase interoperability among Black Sea nations.
