Navy Lt. Traci Vander Molen, Emergency Trauma Nurse, 1st Marine Logistics Group Headquarters, runs along the Lake O’Neil path aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 15, 2014, in preparation for the Boston Marathon, April 21, 2014. The bombing during last year’s marathon inspired Traci to participate in this year’s run. Traci said she is determined to run alongside her fellow racers to prove that acts of terrorism will not cause them to shy away from something they love.
