Performing a seating dumbell extension, Staff Sgt. Jose Berrios Jr. tackles his first workout session with the guidance of Senior Airman Jessica Mead, 407th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron personal trainer, at the fitness center here Oct. 3, 2008. As a personal trainer, Mead teaches her clients the proper form while using free weights and other equipment. Mead, a Johnson City, N.Y. native, is deployed from Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. Berrios is assigned to the 407th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron Force Protection and is deployed from the 59th Mental Health Squadron, Lackland AFB, Texas. He is a native of Pearsall, Texas.
