Combined Resolve II is a U.S. Army Europe-directed multinational exercise that will take place at the Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels Training Areas, May 1-June 30, 2014. The exercise will include more than 4,000 participants from 13 allied and partner countries. Combined Resolve II marks the first major training rotation in Germany for the U.S. Army’s European Rotational Force, a combined arms battalion of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, the Army’s Regionally-Aligned brigade combat team, that supports the U.S. European Command for training and contingency missions.
