Lt. Gen. John Vines, Multi National Corps-Iraq Commander, speaks at the Transfer of Autority Ceremony for the 18th Aviation Brigade (Task Force Warfighter) and the 159th Combat Aviation Brigade (Task Force Thunder) at Camp Anaconda, Iraq Nov. 8. The 159th CAB is replacing the 18th Avn. Bde. at Camp Anaconda. Brig. Generals Michael Oates, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) Assistant Division Commander for Operations, and Rickey Rife, 101st Abn. Div. (AASLT) Assistant Division Commander for Support, along with other general officers and leaders from the camp were also in attendance.
