Commander, U.S. Pacific Command Adm. Samuel J. Locklear is interviewed by local news agencies about a signed Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Agreement (ACSA) between United States Department of Defense and the Defence Force of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea.
