Members of the 341st Psychological Operations and 352nd Combat Support Hospital brief a group of Dominican pastors and local leaders in Barahona, Dominican Republic on an upcoming Medical Readiness Training Exercise (MEDRETE) that will be held in multiple cities in the Dominican Republic as part of Task Force Larimar. Task force LARIMAR based in La Fortaleza, Dominican Republic is part of “Beyond the Horizon” humanitarian civil assistance, a joint foreign military exercise, in which U.S. troops provide medical, dental, and engineering support to local populations with Dominican Army security.
