Lt. Col. Monty Willoughby, commander of 4th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, attached to 2nd BCT, 101st Airborne Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, listens to the headmistress of the Cortoba school in the Mansour District of Baghdad talk about her school and the recent facilities improvements completed. The construction project included a new bathroom, new floor tiles, electrical and lighting improvements and a fresh coat of various shades of blue paint. Willoughby came to participate in the ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of the construction, Oct. 21, 2008.
