A Coastal Riverine Squadron One-Forward (CRS1-FWD) boat heads out to meet up with a United States Ship and escort it into the Port of Djibouti. The CRS1-FWD, commanded by U.S. Coast Guard Cmdr. Alan Tubbs, provides port and harbor security, protects high value assets and performs maritime security operations off the coast of Djibouti.
