Marines from Marine Corps Air Station New River march the pass and review portion of the relief and appointment and retirement ceremony for Sgt. Maj. Robert A. Allen Jr., outgoing, and Sgt. Maj. William H. Oldenburg (incoming), April 11. Allen relinquished his post as the air station sergeant major to Oldenburg. During the ceremony, noncommissioned officers held key billets during the ceremony and marched with the noncommissioned officer sword. Sgt. Maj. Allen’s son, Sgt. Robert A.
