Crystal Miller, from Auburn, N.Y., looks for her city's mailing address during a voting assistance drive at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar, Oct. 16, 2008. Operating out of the base dining facility, voting assistance officers helped mail over 200 ballots within the first three days. A bar code was affixed to each parcel, allowing absentee voters to track their ballots online.
