U.S. Army Medics and Cameroonian Rescue Forces cooperate to setup a casualty collection point on the Koutaba Drop Zone in Cameroon on March 15, 2014 during Central Accord 2014 (CA 14). CA 14 is a combined joint training exercise in order to sustain tactical proficiency, improve multi-echelon operations, and develop multi-national, logistical capabilities in an austere forward environment.
