Pfc. Blake B. Dowling, honor graduate for platoon 1022, stands at parade rest before his graduation ceremony here, April 4, 2014. Dowling, a Lake Worth, Fla. Native, was recruited by Sgt. Cheops Dieujuste, a recruiter from Recruiting Substation Temple Terrace, Recruiting Station Orlando. Recruit training signifies the transformation of a civilian to a United States Marine. Upon graduation, the newly-minted Marines will receive ten days of leave before attending the School of Infantry East, Camp Geiger, N.C.
