A large group of workers in white hazmat/Tyvek suits are conducting a beach cleanup operation along a sandy shoreline under overcast skies. The workers are spread across a wide stretch of beach, many carrying tools such as rakes or shovels, with several pickup trucks parked along a vehicle track in the sand. The scene is consistent with an environmental remediation effort, such as an oil spill cleanup.
