Spc. Joshua Caston, a medic with 76th Infantry Brigade Combat Team personnel security detail and Woodburn, Ind., native, is awarded the Combat Action Badge by Brig. Gen. Michael Lally, 3d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) commanding general, for his actions during an improvised explosive device attack. Caston's actions during the attack were instrumental in treating his two wounded battle buddies.
