    Sgt. Richard Palacios, a 25-year-old I Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group Truck Company motor transport operator, practices 'pummeling,' a wrestling technique taught by Sgt. Maj. Larock W. Benford, the 47-year-old I MEF Ground Combat Element sergeant major, Oct. 2, 2008. Palacios graduated I MHG's recent martial arts instructor course, Oct. 3, 2008, as a green belt instructor, one of the 95 graduates in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program's largest ever martial arts instructor courses.
